We love plants as much as you and we do the utmost to ensure you always take home the very best in quality; however sometimes, as with all living things, problems do arise. We therefore offer a 1-year guarantee on all hardy plants that fail to establish within this time.
To exercise Love Plants’ Hardy Plant Guarantee:
We will gladly replace like for like, offer a plant of the same value, or provide a refund.
Reduced items and annual bedding plants are not covered by this guarantee and are non-refundable.
This guarantee covers hardy trees, shrubs, and perennials. It does not cover annual bedding plants, houseplants, seasonal or tender plants. Similarly, problems that have arisen due to certain extreme weather conditions, physical damage (such as that caused by animals or garden machinery) or neglect (including through ineffective pest and disease control) invalidate this guarantee. Certain herbaceous perennials with a naturally short lifespan may also not be covered. Please ask a member of the Love Plants team for further information.
All guarantees are provided at the discretion of the plant centre Manager.
